*Procure parts for assigned product lines (catheters and temperature management systems). *Support parts purchase for production of catheters: resins, chemicals, balloons, manifolds, Luers, fittings, tubings, Tyvek lids and dilators. *Also purchase parts for production of temperature management systems: Electronic components, PCBs, PCBAs, various hardware, cooling engines; related services including injection molding, casting, sheet metals, CNC machining, plastic and aluminum extrusion, plastic and metal fabrication. *Plan, create, coordinate and implement a valid and achievable Master Schedule for assigned production. *Negotiate contracts; implement cost reduction strategies.

*Successfully transition of new products from R&D to production ensuring consistent material flow for smooth start up while maintaining low inventory level.*Responsible for day to day activities related to purchasing and planning: prepare, issue, control and track purchase orders (POs) and work orders; RFQs, review quotes, support expediting, coordinate engineering change orders (ECOs) and temporary deviations (TDs). *Parts purchased for production were electronic components, PCBs, PCBAs, casting and fabrication from domestic and oversea vendors.

*Managed and procured materials for assigned program/custom orders. Responsible for buying printed circuit boards, passive and active electronic components.

*Purchased parts from domestic and oversea vendors for a hardware distributor. Oversee all operations of purchasing department. Supervised production of value added parts.
