Designed and integrated 3 new robotic assembly operations and optimized 4 existing robotic assembly operations to reduce variances and downtime. Implemented robotic washer utilizing line tracking to flush 36gpm of solution at 700psi through the product while moving on a monorail to increase existing washer capacity by 38%, provide a cleaner product to the customer, and eliminated the need for 6 operators performing an ergonomically challenged operation.
