As a credentialed trainer, I continuously supports and provide education for Northeast Georgia Health System entities and users of the EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) system. I plan and assist in curricula development in accordance with Northeast Georgia Health System's needs and direction. O work to answer end user questions on workflow design and system build in order to gain in-depth knowledge of the rationale behind the workflow design. I pursue new developments in education and training methodologies. Additionally, I support the various roles in the ClinDoc application. I help to promote a climate for the participant that encourages learning and self-motivation through the application of principles of adult learning. I collaborate with application members of the Epic system implementation team to ensure education topics meet end user needs and organizational initiatives. I utilize exemplary interpersonal skills and cooperates harmoniously with others at all levels. I contribute to a work environment of caring and cooperation among a culturally diverse workforce and patient population.
