Senior Financial Manager responsible for directing all activities related to the preparation and analysis of the financial reports for the Retail Market, as well as directing all daily finance and accounting activities. Oversee the financial management of $100M for 3,000 retail partners and the preparation of financial reports to Senior Management with recommendations. Managed a staff of three analysts.• Budget Modeling and analysis for 30 business units on a monthly basis, 7 yr outlook.• Analyze and prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports.• Ensures timely and accurate month end close process by the 3rd day of the month.• Serve as liaison between Marketing, Accounting and Senior Management.• Developed Sarbanes Oxley procedures and assure compliance on a Qtrly basis.• Managed Consultant deadlines and relationships from the design to the implementation of a $5M new product release.• Recommends and develops policies, procedures and systems to meet company goals.• Prepare and present financial close materials to external auditors on a Qtrly basis as well as SEC Reporting.• Mentors and coaches staff and actively participate in career counseling.
