CurrentChris has over 20 years' experience investigating the root causes of a wide range of incidents for insurers, lawyers and corporate clients. His investigations include: fires; dust and vapour explosions; electrical, mechanical and materials' failures; product defects; personal injuries/fatalities; post-incident contamination assessments. The incidents have occurred in many environments such as refineries, power plants, retail, manufacturing, construction, agriculture, mining, warehousing, hotels, hospitals, residential and ships/aircraft/trains/automotive. He has extensive experience in the litigation process and has prepared many reports for use in legal proceedings and has presented expert evidence in Court on several occasions.
