Uses US intelligence systems to develop and execute a national collection strategy (NCS) for identification, characterization, targeting and BDA of C4I and WMD underground facilities.Plans, directs, and oversees a highly technical and specialized contractor staff of approximately 75 personnel assigned to the Hard Target Research and Analysis Center. Supports Joint Readiness Exercises and Command Post Exercises for Combatant Commands planning attacks against C4I and WMD facilities.Leads, directs and oversees technical staff performing highly scientific engineering assessments in the Director of National Intelligence's (DNI) Underground Facility Analysis Center (UFAC).Performs highly scientific and specialized assessments for specific Combatant Commands on C4I and WMD facilities that directly affect National Security.

Responsible for conducting analysis, numerical simulation/modeling and technological assessments of sensor technology data, and threat assessments of chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear (CBRN) and explosive materials.
