Together with the owner we consult with clients to create and serve customized menus for life's special events. This role has re-ignited my culinary passion and creativity and further developed my ability to help others become more effective in their roles through inspiration and coaching.

Opening this original location in 1993 as a young chef was exciting and challenging. This was a small but high-paced kitchen with an extensive menu. The years spent in this position were vigorous and taught me resilience.
