Cricket Leaders delivers the Young Leaders in Cricket Programme which engages with and empowers young people (14+yrs) by providing a training programme based on the values, leadership and life skills, which are the characteristics found in cricket. The Young Leader programme gives the young person practical skills to volunteer with confidence within their club, school or wider community.It is managed by a group of people who give their time voluntarily to ensure the programme stays relevant and meets the needs for instilling the ethos of volunteering into young people. Community sport and the wider community rely on the commitment of people to volunteer and provide help where we can. The programme is open to all young people of 14yrs+ involved with cricket and sport in general - regardless of their gender, background or disability.
