Fostered greater access to the arts in a historically underserved community, bringing over 70 high-quality, free and low-cost classical and jazz performances to children, families, and seniors. Cultivated a committed donor base and won grants from the National Endowment for the Arts, New York State Council for the Arts, and the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs, among others.

Directed and developed a community-centered, multi-genre choir program, including Sunday-morning gospel choir, 50-member community choir, and high school choral mentorship. Managed all programming and communications, producing approximately 108 worship services per year plus special events.
