•Responsible for Recommissioning of government facilities which have been selected by AFCESA and HVAC Energy managers from Air Force installations throughout the Continental United States.•Responsible for performance tests on all air moving equipment to verify proper airflow as specified in the mechanical drawings for all equipment, including but not limited to ERV’s, RTU’s, Exhaust fans, Make-up air units, Air handlers etc… •Recorded all as found data on all mechanical and hydronic… Show more •Responsible for Recommissioning of government facilities which have been selected by AFCESA and HVAC Energy managers from Air Force installations throughout the Continental United States.•Responsible for performance tests on all air moving equipment to verify proper airflow as specified in the mechanical drawings for all equipment, including but not limited to ERV’s, RTU’s, Exhaust fans, Make-up air units, Air handlers etc… •Recorded all as found data on all mechanical and hydronic systems throughout complete HVAC systems.•Calibrate sensors on VAV terminal units, Programed setback schedules for energy savings, reprogram DDC system control set points in accordance with NEBB/ASHRAE design guidelines. •Calibrate outside air dampers in accordance with NEBB/ASHRAE guidelines. •Record and fix all HVAC related issues on the mechanical and hydronic HVAC systems, including installing new actuator dampers, sensors, variable frequency drives, motors, belts, installation and adjustments on sheaves, circuit setters valves, thermostats, DDC controllers, etc…•Responsible for an Out Brief presentation to Air Force Personnel including Power Point presentations along with a detailed trip report on the completed facility.•Responsible for the input of all data recorded in the field into Microsoft Excel 2010. Including designing and editing Microsoft Excel workbooks and data sheets for proper data entry.•Worked alongside Energy managers on several facilities completing the required Energy data forms that show ROI on the ReCX process. •Responsible for preforming balancing procedures on all HVAC mechanical and hydronic systems found to be out of design or calibration by NEBB/ASHRAE specifications.
