Supporting dog rescue projects in and around Thailand.• Collaborating with staff and volunteers to ensure smooth running of the day-to-day operations for the dog projects. • Project Management.• Manage shelter databases, sterilization records, data management. Caring for the rescued 600+ rescued dogs, planning sterilization at other elephant camps.• Work with the local community, to educate on animal welfare.• Supporting the Founders to advocate for animal rights• Key role in the rescue of 50+ Thai Ridgeback dogs in rescue mission. Liaised with the abuser’s family in the US, who were unaware. Managed the situation sensitively which led to signed release forms for all the dogs surrendered into our care.• Supporting the team to manage the charity’s social media accounts and complex queries, specifically Facebook and Instagram.• Fundraising – supported the parks efforts to raise enough funds for new wheelchairs for the disabled dogs. Ensured the wheelchairs were transported safely from the U.K. Establishing and maintaining positive connections with other shelters and animal rescue projects• Signing off on content for the website and social media channels (mainly canine specific content). Liaising with photographers and videographers on internal briefs to ensure tone of voice and branding aligns.• Sharing impactful stories about the companion animals, raising awareness and encouraging donations.• Point of contact for volunteers and guests at the park.• Managing adoptions, local and international.• Establishing positive relationships with companion animal hospitals in Chiang Mai.• Support with podcasts, vodcasts, videos and social media content, including liaising with other charities to enhance awareness of Elephant Nature Park.
