I am a global Security and Crisis leader with more than 25 years’ experience delivering security and risk management programmes, enabling international institutions with diverse portfolios to successfully achieve their organisational missions and objectives.Currently, as Head of Security for CARE, I lead its global corporate safety and security function, overseeing delivery of high-quality security programmes, risk management activity, and crisis response across 43 countries. Prior to this, I spent several years with Plan International, where I developed and ran its global security function, implementing global systems, approaches and operational best practices.
