My action filled, Goal-oriented life, and my passion in making a difference with others in helping them to reach their potential, led me to create my own company. I specialize in fitness and personal deveIopment. I have been in the Military for over 25 years now, and am currently serving in the Army Reserve. My certifications include being a member of the John Maxwell Team, and Life Coaching from Life Coaching Institute of Orange County. I also have Group Fitness Certification thru AFAA. I teach strength, boot camp, Zumba, Pound, and some other surprises. I will be adding Personal Trainer Certification soon. I also owned my own successful transportation business for 10 years as well. I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communication from Weber State University in Utah. I am also a husband, father, and grandparent. It is not always easy trying to accomplish the goals you want, while juggling the responsibilities you have, coming at you from different directions. Sometimes you may feel overwhelmed, or inadequate, which can lead to discouragement, and questioning one’s self worth. This is why you must have a structured and practical plan in place. Whether it being in top shape inside or out. I have been studying and personally using the philosophies behind fitness and personal development to create a lifestyle that is fun and meaningful. I understand the challenges you face, as I face my challenges to. I also have learned how vision, energy, and passion play in accomplishing your goals. You to can be successful. Personally and professionally.

Teaching Bootcamp and Zumba.

Teach group fitness classes raging from strength-to boot camp-to Zumba. Coach and mentor clients. Prepare room, stay in shape, be an encourager, and design programs to accomodate different fitness levels

I have transitioned from the U.S. Army Reserve fulltime, and have now recently retired overall, as a Career Counselor, which plays a role in mentoring and counseling Soldiers; Enlisted to Officer. This ranges from goal setting, overcoming obstacles, career advancement, recruiting, retention, organizational development, leadership, and other areas. I have been able to score a high mark of 94% in the Retention Program for the various units I have worked with. I have also been able to add, or retain approximately over 8500 current, New, Prior Service, or IRR Soldiers into the Reserve Ranks. If you think that being in the military means I can't handle the job as a recruiter on civilian side. You are mistaken. Chances are, you haven't been involved with the military, so you have no idea the difficulties that need to be overcome, as compared to civilian side, or you wouldn't think that. I already see mistakes being made in the civilian side. I do have experience using tracking systems, however they are within the Federal Govt. This means I have clearances still in use for at least 5 more years. I also have experience in working several locations; I have covered up to 6 states, and 3 areas overseas.
