• Qualified as an NSW Heavy Vehicle Inspector (1990)• Managed three shifts of mechanics, and a fleet of 50 buses.• Developed a new comprehensive maintenance strategy that further enhanced reliability under the operational constraints of the then-new ‘Night Ride’ contract in which buses replaced night trains
