I was a District Manager for 5 years over 28 Flying J travel Plaza's in the North Eastern part of the United States and Canada. I installed and maintained the wiring, phone systems, computer systems, satellites, wireless and wired internet systems at these plazas. I also went to any of the other stores as help was needed. The weeks I was in the office I would do tech support for the sites. I then was promoted and was the Director of Wi-Fi Operations over 300 wireless hotspots across the country that grossed 4 1/2 to 5 million dollars a year, which involved using Nagios and a Cisco WLSE sever to analyze, update and maintain over 1100 Cisco access points,300 T1’s and over 150 web stations. I also was the Product Owner of Webstations and did level III tech support which involved working with vendors and travel plazas for the care and maintenance of satellite dishes, DSL and T1 lines and also working with customers to trouble shoot connection issues related to connecting at the Wi-Fi hotspots that our customer service was not able to resolve.
