I manage two of Cable & Wireless' (later Vodafone Global Enterprise) largest customers in the Insurance sector to provide both Mobile and Fixed products & services as part of a Managed Service contract. Utilising my strong commercial skill-set this role was to focus on winning commercial tenders and executing against contracts. Working with Account Directors to maximise revenue and margin on strategic accounts whilst maintaining a strategic relationship with Customers. Owning the sales forecast process ensuring pipelined work and managed projects correctly deliver revenue.

I was responsible for supplying and analysing the Commercial and Financial activity viaPerformance Indicators derived from the Company’s business activities to seniormanagement. Ensuring the most efficient and effective use of company resources.I had to set and prepare annual budgets and flex budget reporting to support complex projects in delivery whilst being responsible for generating timely and accurate reports on a periodic basis; providing cost information for all potential / current services.
