I am an ambitious and self-motivated individual who enjoys working with others to achieve common goals. The experience I gained whilst working for a software house, first as a developer before leading the development, implementation and management teams has provided me with a wide range of technical and commercial experience.I remained with the same company since its formation in 2000, when we had one customer with five staff developing and supporting software for the automotive industry. AutoFlow now has over 700 businesses using their software solutions in the UK, Poland and the Baltics. With forty staff in the UK and Poland, AutoFlow is the established market leader in its field with a great reputation in the industry for both its innovative software and the delivery of high-quality customer service. Over my career I have demonstrated my ability and enjoyed success leading teams and the company by example, keeping staff well-motivated through good communication and by allowing staff pathways to progression. I consider one of my main strengths is being able to listen and interpret the needs of internal and external stakeholders, allowing me to formulate clear strategies to improve products, services and business processes. I enjoy providing strategic advice and guidance to both members of the board and staff, keeping them aware of developments within the industry whilst developing and implementing strategies to meet the company’s core objectives. For the last four years at AutoFlow I was the managing director but also covered the technical director role in the most successful period of the company’s history. As a team we established AutoFlow as the market leader, winning industry awards and improving the products and services provided. During the covid pandemic we managed to not only thrive but expand our operations into Europe setting up a subsidiary company in Poland to enable expansion of the product to Poland and the Baltics.Since January 2023 I joined Entegral and product manager overseeing their bodyshop products which includes, EMACS, Eclipse, Bodyshop 360 and CAPS. In August 2024 I was promoted to director of product operations which is a global role overseeing our bodyshop product offerings.
