Technology Technician
Current• Check Ticketing Board (Tech Help) for issues that may arise at multiple schools. Respond to tickets in a timely and friendly manner. Elevate tickets to different departments depending on the issue.• Work with students and staff to satisfy any technical needs. (Hardware, Software, printers, and more)• Help set up testing sites using a remote access software to connect to hundreds of devices.• Help students who join the tech program learn about computer repair (Dell Tech Crew)• Repair/reimage devices and order parts if necessary.
