Partner with Sales teams and subject matter experts to identify and implementsolutions that produce high-impact insights and tangible value for customers. Identifyopportunities to help customers meet their strategic goals.

Responsible for customer satisfaction and account support of Teradata Database Solutions. Main point of contact for priority customers and guiding resolution for all issues and system changes. Providing and presenting system performance reports to customers. Lead customer and internal projects and ensure successful completion. Resolve complex issues with OS, hardware, and applications. Solutions consist of Enterprise Data Warehouses, Big Data Analytics (Aster and Hadoop), marketing applications, and ecosystem support utilities.
