I was the fourth member of the team hired by the original Co-Founders. As a member of the team, we grew the company from annual revenues of $0 to $30MM in 3 years. Company went from 4 employees to 75. As a member of the executive team I helped defined & execute the overall business strategy and financial plan for the first 5 years. Played a major role in all aspects of the business, including product development, operations, hired key employees including the Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Tech Officer and Director of Sales.Set up all financial & operational systems, structured the company legally and prepared for future investment or sale.Oversaw the development of 4 new software products that eventually reached 25K subscribers Lead the negotiations to purchase two distressed companies, then vertically integrate into ATAAMA. Lead the negotiations to sell 49% of the company to a Canadian Investment group in 2018.

Veritas has a portfolio of commercial real estate, with a focus on multi-family and office space spanning across the western hemisphere. The portfolio consisted of 4500 residential units. As the CFO I was responsible for all due diligence on purchased assets, budgeting, financing, accounting, tax, portfolio valuation, financial reporting, and act as the main point of contact with all investor relations for the company. Manage all external audit, tax, and legal relationships, other responsibilities include; Creating and maintaining all financial policies and procedures, monitoring & improving the portfolio company performance.
