I am currently in the Emerging Leaders Program in GSA. I will be doing seven 3 month rotations in different departments and offices within GSA. Rotations #3 & 4: Public Building Service (PBS) Office of Leasing•Utilize CoStar, REIS, and CBRE market data to complete Bullseye Reports and write market analyses for lease projects in three of GSA’s 11 regions.•Provide Pre-Award Assessments to discount cash flows and measure the NPV of regional government leases against the market.
