Responsibilities included recruiting and accessing qualified Cyber Warfare and Electronic Warfare personnel, ensuring all personnel receive the appropriate training throughout their career in the U.S. Army, ensuring the assignment process further develops the individual Soldier meeting both the individual's needs but that of the Army as well.

Primarily responsible for supervising the execution of the Command's $110M annual budget and $42M in property.
