Spearheaded the development of an algorithm that integrates and analyzes data from SAP and ZOHO to generate performance scores for sales representatives. Leveraged statistical modeling to forecast the performance of sales representatives and effectively measure communicated analytical concepts and findings to internal stakeholders.

Launched a financial technology start-up focusing on development of tools to extract relevant data from transactions for risk rating of commercial borrowers by banks. I refined the scope and offering of the company by attending various networking and start-up events, completing two pre-accelerator programs and seeking mentoring both locally and internationally.

I was responsible for upgrading the UX of a 3D data modelling application in order to better present complex data sets in a clear and easy to use manner. This included updates to the UX/UI of the data manipulation tools provided to users as well as simplification of the underlying codebase.

My team was responsible for unifying the UX across the Paysafe Group digital wallet channels. We built the digital wallet application in Angular 4 using Typescript and connecting to a backend developed in MapR. My role also included maintenance of the legacy front ends and front end support of teams across the globe.

Responsible for ensuring that all due diligence, security and legal requirements are met prior to funding. Associate Director of a portfolio of clients with borrowing requirements of $10 to $100 million, with a focus on oil and gas and agriculture. Make presentations and recommendations regarding risk, deal structure, and client requirements by analyzing financial and operating data of companies and industries for trends in financial performance.Participate in site visits with both clients and prospects performing due diligence and negotiating credit structure and terms.Create cash flow models to assess financial soundness of borrowers and prospects including appropriate debt covenant levels, debt service and repayment capabilities.

Underwrote and structured borrowings appropriately to meet customer needs and address perceived risks.Oversaw the management of accounts to ensure they are appropriately monitored and remain within guidelines and assigned limits.Provided quarterly reports on industries deemed high risk such as heavy construction, transportation and forestry.

Risk manager of a portfolio of over 50 borrowing relationships each representing up to $10 million in borrowing. Supervised one Credit Analyst and trained new Credit Analyst hires. Negotiated loan structure and pricing with clients based upon financial modelling of proposed deals that best suited the client and the bank.Independently identified a legal risk for a major municipal client. Researched and gained working expertise with provincial laws and municipal bylaws ensuring the client was in compliance with the law, saving reputational risk to the bank and the municipal government.Represented the bank at various Olympic events that generated over $11 million in new borrowings and $28million in deposits.

Underwrote the borrowing of a portfolio of 35 clients each with minimum borrowings of $100 million dollars. Responsible for the due diligence prior to, the underwriting, and the closing of transactions from the Portland office. Developed complex financial models to account for revenue and cost structures in order to create solutions that utilize various bank products. Prepared comprehensive analysis on historical and projected financials of new financing deals along with industry opportunities and challenges.Provided knowledge of Canadian banking systems, requirements and procedures for cross-border transactions.
