I have over 15 years of experience in developing and delivering enterprise applications and digital platforms that enhance the user experience, streamline the business processes, and support the strategic goals of various organizations. I oversaw the design, development, maintenance, and governance of the university's public websites, ensuring that they were accessible, user-friendly, and aligned with the university's brand and identity. I also led the implementation, configuration, and administration of the ServiceNow platform, which provides a unified and efficient way of managing IT services, workflows, and technology requests across the university. Early in my career, I leveraged skills in server configuration and web application development to deliver solutions that meet the needs and expectations of my clients.
