I bring a diverse perspective and a passion for innovation, learning, and problem-solving to my role where I lead a talented team of developers, analysts, and administrators who manage and support systems such as Ellucian Banner, ServiceNow, and university platforms used for web and mobile content distribution.In my previous role as the University Webmaster and ServiceNow Platform Owner, I was responsible for building and supporting technical platforms to drive digital engagement with students, faculty, staff, and the region. I oversaw the design, development, maintenance, and governance of the university's public websites, ensuring that they were accessible, user-friendly, and aligned with the university's brand and identity. I also led the implementation, configuration, and administration of the ServiceNow platform, which provides a unified and efficient way of managing IT services, workflows, and technology requests across the university.
