Worked with several clients as a consultant training developers in Smalltalk and Object Oriented Analysis and Design along with use case development and requirements gathering and application implementations.

Artesia was an Oil and Gas Software solution provider specializing in software for the IBM AS/400. I initially worked as a developer on Lease Profit Control and Production systems. I was then chosen to be a part of our first Object Oriented project. We received 6 weeks of intensive training that included 3 straight weeks in Phoenix, AZ at Object Technology Inc. I was responsible for the interface design and the business modeling. I also headed up the beta program for several clients including Louis Dreyfus Natural Gas and Hunt Oil Company. In January of 1995, I was promoted to Project Lead and turned out 2 additional releases. At that time we had 4 developers and 1 QA person assigned to the team. I also worked closely with the sales team during the pre-sales phase with specific responsibilities for technical demonstrations and answering technical questions from the prospective clients.
