Duties include but are not limited to in depth member services, responding to and solving member issues, assisting with projects and account adjustments, monitoring and completing Ops reports, Member Service e-mail box and detailed account changes. process all advertising and subscription payment received in the mail, over the counter, and by phone. Process ACH payments. Collect on out standing balances, GL accounting, journal entry, bank reconcilliation, bank deposits, Invoice reconcilliation, Process contractor payments, track amount of paper used. And all other accounting duties as given by supervisor
