The Sandwich Chamber of Commerce awarded Chris the 2009 Merrell Award for Community Service and he served on the Cape Cod Canal Region Chamber Board of Directors.Chris received the Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designation in 2006. After graduating from Vassar College with a degree in Cognitive Science, Chris had a successful twelve year career as an actor and singer in New York, performing on Broadway and in national and international touring productions. Transitioning into the business world, he was on the leadership team for a multi-national computer graphics conversion at investment bank UBS and then started the interactive services department for a mid-sized Madison Avenue advertising agency. After arriving on Cape Cod in 2004, Chris focused on commercial real estate while his wife Courtenay Harrington-Bailey, also a performer, founded Dramafun! – a highly successful children's theater company.
