New England Cold Storage (NECS) opened our first public cold storage facility in Sturbridge, Massachusetts in 2022, and began operating a public warehouse logistics company - 25,000 pallet positions located at the intersection of I-90 & I-84. In the next several years, we plan to develop additional facilities in New England. Essential supply chain providers must plan for steadily increasing customer demand for the foreseeable future. This state-of-the-art facility features mobile racking and the most modern technologies and energy efficiencies possible.
