I am responsible for overseeing the content on the University’s website(s), as well being an expert user of the Content Management System (CMS). I am the University’s senior website content publishing expert. I am responsible for ensuring the website is consistent, well-structured and can meet the needs of its users.

Social Media Manager - Strategic Communications & Marketing (SCM) - University of London

Working within the central Communications team, I am responsible for the day-to-day running of the main UoL website and Intranet, including editing and posting content, maintenance, supporting social media accounts, and curating the site.

To manage all detailed academic enquiries, liaising with Course Administrators and key UOLIA personnel as appropriate. To act as a nominated point of contact in complaint resolution to determine a satisfactory conclusion for Stage 1 complaints. Act as liaison between the Student Service business process area teams to ensure that new developments are communicated and supported by the SAC team. Co-write and produce training manuals on all enquiry management areas. The postholder will manage, as appropriate, all detailed academic enquiries, liaising with Course Administrators and key UOLIA personnel as required. They will have knowledge of UOLIA Regulations and policies and be able to research and produce written material for internal and external dissemination and publication on the UOLIA and UOL websites. To help develop and maintain UOLIA’s reputation as a centre for academic excellence developing and contributing ideas to improve the customer experience in collaboration with the Head of Student Advisory Services
