Oversee the medical care provided to our patients, ensuring the highest standard of care. This includes reviewing and making decisions regarding treatment plans, surgeries, and diagnostics. Develop and maintain medical protocols and best practices to ensure the clinic's adherence to industry standards and compliance with regulations. Implement quality assurance programs to monitor the quality and consistency of medical care, while identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Collaborate with our client-facing team to ensure clear communication with pet owners, discuss treatment options, and address their concerns effectively.
