Through a clear vision and leadership, process optimization, change management and coaching, I empower students and professionals to create opportunities and achieve their life goals. My credo is Believe, Show-up and Grow. My work in higher education supports the success of college students, especially those who are under-resourced and historically underrepresented in higher education. I work to turn access into opportunity. I am an advocate for student success and welfare with expertise in program design, outcomes assessment, transition programs, launching targeted initiatives, leadership, small and large group programming, fundraising, multimedia production, coordinating retention services and strategic planning. I have developed professional competencies through my work in the non-profit and pubic sector as an administrator, teacher, minister and student affairs professional. I have earned all conference accolades as a student-athlete, a national award in his involvement with the diversity center and a regional award for my work in student affairs and my work as an administrator has been featured at several national conferences. Since beginning my work in higher education in 2006, I have engaged thousands of students through support services, college courses, cultural events, community service and religious programming. I have also catalyzed movements of student development in the areas of transition, self-authorship, morality, scholarship, social responsibility and community partnerships.
