During my initial foray into professional Live Streaming in 2020, I embarked on a journey with CrowdComms, marking the genesis of my career in this dynamic domain. Swiftly assuming a pivotal role, I emerged as one of their primary freelancers, often orchestrating multiple streams daily for their expansive global clientele. This immersive experience served as a crucible for refining my skills, elevating my performance to surpass the already lofty standards I upheld.Key Responsibilities:• Responsible for the production/direction of live streams for a variety of corporate events, including virtual, live, and hybrid formats.• Provided comprehensive client guidance throughout events, from speaker onboarding and pre-recording session coordination to seamless execution of live sessions until event culmination.• Successfully streamed over 100 virtual and on-site events for esteemed clients such as CIPD, NHS, The Inntel Lab, IFN, Laing O’Rourke, Hogan Lovell, Environment Protection Agency, Autodesk, and numerous others.• Effectively managed simultaneous events across multiple time zones on a global scale.This enriching tenure not only honed my technical prowess but also fortified my ability to navigate diverse client needs with finesse and proficiency.

This role whilst primarily bound with reporting also allowed me to work on a number of technical projects which included:-> Building an online platform and infrastructure for over 2500 Security Officers to use from a mobile device on a daily basis to complete tasks.> Building a number of high volume data solutions using Google for Business.> Creating a number of online platforms for various departments around the country to allow them to carry out daily tasks and manage their workloads.> Building a complete bespoke reporting system for full transparency with our customer including real time data transmissions.My role within Service Performance revolved around ensuring we consistently passed our Service Level Agreements and to help whichever department required it to meet their submission deadlines.As part of being a Data Analyst I was also required to check monthly submissions and resolve any issues found before submitting our reports to the customer.This role along with my previous has given me a great wealth of knowledge into the creating, running and financing of large organisations as well as a wealth of new technical skills to allow me to efficiently build systems in the future.

I am responsible for ensuring that the G4S service partnership business is conducted in an efficient and effective manner. By managing risk, administration and information I ensure that service delivery is in line with all contractual, company and legislative requirements. My role is key in governance and risk reduction, both financial and reputational.

As the supervisor I am required to provide and maintain a quality service for the customer, this includes liaising with the management team of G4S and the service partners. Ensure that all onsite paperwork is up to date and available for review. Undertake weekly meetings with my team so that we can deal with any issues that have arisen, this may involve writing out reports or implementing new ideas from the team to continue to develop our partnership with the customer.

East London And Surrounding Area

When working as an Area Relief officer my main role was to maintain a visual presence to the customers whilst dealing with any issues that arise. Whilst working in this role I visited many jobcentres, all working differently. As I am a quick learner I adapted to this situation well whilst still maintaining a high level of customer service.

Lincolnshire

As a retail officer I started work in Morrisons in Lincoln. This job required me to be a constant presence in the supermarket and liaise with store management regarding any security issues. Within four months I had reduced the amount of high value goods being stolen by around 60% and maintained this until I became a retail relief officer. When travelling to different sites I was often told by my line manager that multiple stores were requesting me because of my professionalism and dedication.
