CastleGate:• CastleGate was created to dramatically improve consumers’ shopping experience, and develop unique competitive advantage for Wayfair. We do this by offering one- and two-day delivery times, lower prices, and higher delivery quality of home products than has historically been possible. In order to accomplish this goal, CastleGate partners with hundreds of suppliers, and provides access to our rapidly expanding portfolio of logistics services. • CastleGate drives sales growth and customer satisfaction by delivering products faster, and at lower cost and higher quality, than has ever been possible for many home furnishing products. Inventory Planning Strategy: Leading the initiative to manage forecasting and replenishment strategies of for Wayfair suppliers. Responsibilities include technology/tools development, supplier engagement, S&OP/capacity planning, inventory placement and routing and etc.We manage Wayfair's inventory strategy for its CastleGate fulfilment business, a consignment inventory model designed to maximize fast delivery to the customer. This includes overseeing the development of business objectives and KPIs, creating and executing a replenishment strategy in partnership with 400+ suppliers, and implementing inventory management strategies. This involves many continuous improvement initiatives including the transformation of the technology and data infrastructure to support optimal planning at scale for a business that is growing 3-4x per year.

Currently I manage a team of 10 amazing individuals who compete every day to capture and grow market share in the aerospace industry. Broken down into 2 groups, analytics and proposal, my teams develop and execute the pricing strategy for over 1k different contract bids annually. Bids varying in size and scope from under 100k to over 100M. Together they are responsible for winning over 800M in annual revenue for our segment. Spread out internationally we supports a world class sales staff and diverse customer base. Constant communication, trust and sophisticated pricing tools, keep us ahead of our competition. My analytics team is also constantly working to develop, change and implement new ways to price over 500k SKU's. They do this by using tools like SQL and Oracle CRM to analyse large data sets on offerings to thousands of customers in different markets and regions. In the end I'm proud to be part of a team that does so much to impact the bottom line health of our company. We have been successful not solely because of our team's processes or achievements, but through the collaboration and integration of internal customers and stakeholders in our day to day work. Our team may only be 11 deep, but we leverage the power and passion of everyone in the organization we can, and that is what makes us successful.
