Leader responsible for all indirect sales channels including CSPs, Resellers, Distributors, & MSPs. As the Channel Sales Leader I developed an entirely new program that included the simplification partners were looking for. By eliminating the friction to do business with Virtana I was able to grow the Channel revenue to 70%+ of all revenue in 2021 ($42M+). I also developed new programs with partners like AWS, Dell, TDSYNNEX, & vCORE to help generate additional pipeline and eventually NetNew revenue. My team was able to close 75%+ of all NetNew logos globally in 2021 which stemmed from the new programs we implemented. We expanded the Channel team in Q4 2021 to add additional bandwidth to support our new MSP program that we developed at the end of 2021. As the company went more towards a SaaS offering and PLG I was able to make sure we included our partner ecosystem so we did not alienate our growth engine which is our partners.

As the Global Sales Leader for the Workload Performance products I lead a team of 6 direct reports and supported up to 20 additional sellers. I developed the GTM strategy for the Fortune 1000 targets and lead from the front by closing several of the first NetNew Customers which included GE, GoDaddy, Wells Fargo, and PayPal. My team was responsible for pre-sales and post-sales for all the Major Storage Manufacturers, Major Networking Manufacturers and the Fortune 1000. These included Boeing, SFDC, PayPal, T-Mobile, Apple, Dell, HPE, EMC, McKesson and many more. Virtual Instruments and Load DynamiX merged in April 2016 to become the first and only end to end Infrastructure Performance Monitoring and Testing Solution.
