ServiceNow Implementation Lead responsible for orchestrating the implementation and continuous optimization of ServiceNow across the group. The rollout involved consolidating the original Modern Networks business plus multiple acquisitions onto a single ServiceNow platform with our initial release encompassing Customer Service Management (CSM), IT Service Management (ITSM), and Field Service Management (FSM). With a broad understanding of ServiceNow's capabilities, and how they can be leveraged to empower organizations to maximize efficiency and elevate their service delivery capabilities using the platform.Key Accomplishments:• Led end-to-end ServiceNow implementation project, ensuring successful deployment of CSM, ITSM, and FSM modules to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.• Collaborated closely with our external implementation partner to develop tailored solutions aligned with business objectives and launch across the group.• Build and led a small in-house development team, fostering a collaborative environment and enhancing skillsets to meet the evolving demands of the ServiceNow landscape.
