• Work closely with the commercial sales team VP, sales managers, Finance Director, and other key stakeholders to gather detailed information necessary for preparing and consolidating a timely revenue/margin forecast every month for each of our business channels, as well as, a SKU level forecast for Operations to prepare an accurate buy plan.• Monthly preparation of the U.S. gross revenue to net revenue forecast taking into consideration items such as prompt pay discounts, returns reserves, offsite inventory, and sales programs to reflect an accurate monthly P&L of the U.S. equipment, golf ball, and accessory business.• Closely review ANSPs and costs, taking into consideration promotions and price changes, in order to help achieve our monthly/annual margin and cost targets. • Extensive ad hoc reporting using Oracle, Business Objects, and market share information to model current and proposed promotions, net downs, and forecast adjustments to determine their impact on our P&L, retail inventory, and retail market share.• Responsible for overseeing the sales programs forecast to help ensure it is accurate an in-line with expectations and contractual obligations so TaylorMade is tracking accurately to its financial targets.• Exceeded expectations on a six-week work assignment to South Korea in which I was tasked with uncovering their commercial business issues and report back to the CEO and CFO my findings and recommendations.

• Oversee a team responsible for all aspects of the U.S. operating expense budget including personnel, marketing, events, sales rep compensation, and other miscellaneous expenses.• In charge of preparing the annual operating expense budget and monthly forecasts.• Monthly meetings with budget owners to help ensure expenses are tracking as planned and are in-line with expectations.• Oversee month end close process, prepare accruals when necessary, and report my variance analysis to the Finance Director. • Assess risks/opportunities to the U.S. P&L, as well as, prepare ad hoc reporting for executive review to help support strategic decision making.

• Work directly with key marketing stakeholders (CMO, VPs, Directors) to prepare the annual marketing budget and monthly forecasts to help ensure the marketing budget meets expected KPIs and stays within expectations.• Monitor media production, media, point-of-sale, PR, and event spending in relation to spending targets set for each project and identify risks/opportunities as quickly as possible.• Marketing OH and personnel cost center budgeting and forecasting.• Month end close and variance analysis includes reclass of expenses and accruals as deemed necessary and report results to the Finance Director. • Work closely with the sports marketing department to monitor contractual payments to endorsed athletes. Includes contract review and quarterly reconciliation paying close attention that contractual obligations due from the athlete are met before retainers are paid and that performance incentives are paid in accordance to the player’s contract.
