I graduated from the University of Missouri in December 2007 and pursued a personal goal of becoming a fishing guide. During the same time I prepared for the GMAT and LSAT to enter graduate school as a JD/MBA candidate. After five successful summers guiding for South Fork Outfitters, I entered law school and the next year began my MBA course work. In May 2011 I was offered a position with the Department of Student Life at the University of Missouri as a graduate assistant. I graduated from Mizzou in May 2013. In September I started work at Stone Carlie and Company LLC in the Tax and Business Services Department. In July I left Stone Carlie, and moved to Houston, Texas after accepting a position with alliantgroup. After spending a period of time working in Austin for R&D tax credit company, I decided to make a major change. My wife and I spent the summer in Idaho, and I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to interview for the retail manager position with South Fork Outfitters. So I now manage the fly shop and on the side, I write things for thesunsetseekers.com
