Wasps now manages 20+ buildings all across Scotland supporting around 1000 creative people, as well as providing support activity to help creators prosper.I work closely with the CEO to deliver the charity’s strategic objectives, leading on the day to day delivery of all business operations. This includes overseeing our Property Management, Project Management and Finance teams, as well as delivering all HR, staff training, occupational health and safety, data protection/security, licensing, business analytics and charitable governance.(Interim Feb 2022 to Aug 2022, then permanent from Aug 2022 onwards)

I had responsibility for overseeing all capital developments, business efficiency projects, and the arts & enterprise events programme which supports Wasps tenants across the country. Key achievements in this role included the launch of Inverness Creative Academy Phase 2 (£4m) - the first creative hub of its kind in the region. This involves close collaboration with architects, contractors, potential tenants and major funding groups. Askonas Holt is an amalgamation of two long-established and distinguished artists'​ management agencies managing a roster of truly world-class classical instrumentalists, singers and conductors. During my short time at Askonas Holt, I assumed responsibility for the design of their annual brochure to complement their visit to the IAMA (International Artist Managers' Association) conference, and assisted with copy writing and the design of marketing images for their newly launched website.
