With nearly 22 years of experience in architecture and design, Mr. Chris Cuaso offers a diverse background of knowledge with mixed use, residential and entertainment developments. His ability to bring conceptualized ideas to life has played an integral role in team charettes and the development of master planning projects.Mr. Cuaso’s experience includes projects such as Station Park, a mixed use development featuring 800,000 square feet of retail, 88 residential units, a theater, restaurants and 109-key hotel. He also served as a lead designer for Meridian Town Center, a master-planned mixed use environment that includes680,000 square feet of retail, 100,000 square feet of office and 160 residential units over retail.Another notable project that Mr. Cuaso has designed was La Plaza La Jolla in downtown La Jolla. This was a repositioning of an existing 3 level 30,000 sf building in downtown La Jolla. Mr. Cuaso also served as the lead designer in the repositioning of Laguna Hills Mall featuring over 800,000 sf of retail, a state of the art theater, open lagoon park and over 900 residential units. Construction is set to start in March 2016.Mr. Cuaso received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Universityof Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines.
