Craft Code is a Calgary-based web and application development studio founded by Chris Hunt. Prior to founding Craft Code, Chris spent 15 years working on international projects with organizations like Unilever and Lego, as well as local projects with organizations like Precision Drilling, Beakerhead, Telus Spark, and many more.Chris brings a wealth of experience and passion to every project, along with a battle-tested suite of tools and technologies trusted by some of the world's largest organizations.

Responsible for designing and implementing the architecture for all Northweather products, and Northweather-developed client products; high-profile client products included platforms developed for Lego and Unilever. Trusted to establish the development technologies, preferred practices, and delivery mechanisms on a project-by-project basis, and to work alongside the development team to ensure high build quality.

Served as the primary developer of Precision Drilling's SharePoint 2013 (O365) implementation.Using the SharePoint 2013 "App Model", designed and developed mobile web applications on top of SharePoint. Utilized Powershell to automate the provisioning of SharePoint artifacts to O365, utlilized MVC 4 on top of the SharePoint API to create app-authenticated REST APIs, and then developed mobile first web pages using AngularJS and Bootstrap to interact with the REST APIs.Developed custom JavaScript web parts to enhance functionality within an O365 publishing site (portal).

Operated a development start-up serving clients in the Calgary area, with projects ranging from a customized front-end experience on top of the Morris e-commerce platform, to a mobile web-app for concert goers built on top of the Songkick concert API.

Part of the software development team that created the Membee "Membership Management" platform. The role involved development within the data layer (SQL), application layer (C#), and presentation layer (Javascript/Crystal Reports).
