Recent clients have included:Demand FiveWas a key player in the Demand Five migration from BT to Red Bee Media. Defined the operational process and organised the project so that all testing and platform integration got completed. Once migrated, I was in charge of the Business as Usual operation ensuring timely delivery of assets and metadata.DisneyFor the disney, I managed a large number of workorders for syndicating Disney and ABC content in a variety of formats to a variety of broadcasters across the globe. I ensured that the Editing, Format Transfer, and Transcoding teams worked together to produce foreign language remastered assets.My key skill I brought to this role also was advise and enact process improvements through developing new software innovations and re-moulding our operational process. Servicing the Disney contract required Red Bee Media to be very flexible and reactive to ever changing requirements as well as quickly getting up to speed with the latest broadcast technologies.

In this time I oversaw the launch of Virgin Media first foray into HD with the launch of Living HD.New Business ManagerIn addition to running two operational areas, I worked on numerous new business bids including major playout and Video on Demand new services. My role was to design a new operation to maximise cost efficiency according to client SLAs.

One of the first people to work on iPlayer at the beginning. My role was to supervise a team of 6 operators as they worked to provide content to the beta version of iPlayer. During my time I oversaw the first public beta release of iPlayer in July 2007. Rapid technical troubleshooting and process re-engineering skills were required in such a demanding environment.
