19 years in Human Resources, with experience ranging from Benefit Administration of Health and Welfare plans, including self-insured, and fully insured plan designs, ACA compliance, completion of 1095 tax forms annually, leave administration (FMLA, STD, LTD), ADA, compensation, recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations, as well as accounting experience, and payroll processing. Experience managing 5 separate 401(k) plans at one time, including experience with migration of recordkeeper, restatement of custom plan document, transition to prototype document, corrections, freezing an existing plan, and merging two plans.Successfully managed to get two consecutive medical renewals at 0% increase in 2018 and 2019. This was accomplished through significant plan design changes, and employee education which created a 50% shift of covered lives to a newly created plan. Performance was so well after the first year, we received a second 0% renewal in 2019. Overall savings to company was more than 2.5 Million Dollars in benefit premiums over the two year period.
