Having worked for Liberty Mutual Insurance in all lines of business, I became proficient in handling and managing general liability, commercial automobile and worker’s compensation claims. As an adjuster and technical claims specialist, I specialized in automobile, general liability and product liability cases. Having worked with some excellent attorneys, I learned and became skilled at 1) analyzing coverage and communicating a carriers position with regards to defending and indemnifying an insured 2) reviewing contracts and tendering a policyholders defense based on contractual obligations and 3) analyzing additional insured endorsements for primary, secondary and/or concurrent coverage situations. In addition to the administrative duties of a manager, I took on various roles such as Liberty Mutual’s New Jersey Litigation Management Coordinator from 1996 through 2007. In this role, I served as the department’s subject matter expert and I played a role in creating, enhancing and carrying out the company’s newly established litigation management protocols. My focus has always been on the customer experience while chieving the best possible outcome on every claim. Under my leadership, my team's created several innovative programs that produced strong results. Fortunately, with the help of some great claims professionals, we consistently achieved excellent results in quality assurance audits. I have a very strong worth ethic and I’m truly passionate about my work. I believe that a customer buys a promise from an insurance company. When a claim arises, it's up the insurance representative to communicate, educate and fairly evaluate each claim in order to provide the customer with the best possible experience.
