With BMO, I was selected to provide analytical support and guidance for our internal and external partners, liaising with large financial institutions to resolve complex issues on a range of BMO account investigations. I also provided analysis on BMO accounts to gather accurate data and provide action plans to management and corporate stakeholders.Some of my key activities included:  Researching operational abnormalities hindering organizational efficiencies based on the feedback of key partners, as well as special cases escalated to Senior Management and Executives. Fostering relationships with all partners, clients, and peers to enhance the efficacy of our operations and generate the conditions for continued client satisfaction. Conducting in depth summaries that justify large credits and outline account credit worthiness, with responsibility for determining and authorizing BMO account financial transactions.

I was engaged by this leading multinational luxury automobile manufacturer to analyze, interpret, and synthesize national sales data to present to the company’s senior management.In this role, my activities included: Analyzing gross profits to create advanced Excel reports under various sales programs. Sourcing historical sales data through the Oracle sales database and online portal to build detailed forecasts examining internal trends, market patterns, and Mercedes-Benz’s historical performance. Delivering comprehensive presentations highlighting sales trends and category forecasts on the company’s National Account financial performance for senior management.Highlights of contributions to the success of Mercedes-Benz Canada: Rolled out a class-based system that increased retention by 7% following an extensive cost v. benefit analysis of existing service marketing to determine gaps in existing offerings.

I was brought on board with this government agency to ensure the accurate entry and administration of data for the procurement contract representing all Government of Canada real estate assets. I supported our senior management and executives with data collection and strategic planning for procurement process and management action plans. Investigating internal policies and macroeconomic indicators to determine risk management factors for contracts, as well as forecasting the cost of materials and inflations as they pertained to PWGSC’s real estate assets. Assisting in review and construction of briefing papers that supported evidence-based strategic planning and decision making that provided senior management with an overview of key issues and up-to-date analysis.Highlights of contributions to the success of PWGSC: Providing invaluable recommendations on the policy and practices of the Real Property 1 real estate asset management contract by reviewing key performance indicators, and outlining new policies for portfolio management best practices.
