I have been involved in the North American basketball community for the past 11 years. EMPIRE Basketball Canada was started to help build effective basketball players on and off the court.EMPIRE Basketball Canada provides: Organizing clinics and campsBasketball player skill development (Small Group or 1 on 1)Player assessmentsEducating youth on the requirements to reach their goalsCommunicating with NCAA and CIS coachesAdviser to local teams, collegiate and pro athletesMentoring athletes

Responsible for the safety & supervision of 20 children aged 6-12 yearsEnsure that all policies are implemented in providing appropriate care and educational programs for childrenEnsure a healthy, safe and welcoming environmentPlan and organize a wide range of individual and group activities, including role play, movement, dance, singing, games, arts and crafts and nature activitiesOrganize and implement educational and recreational activities Guide children's behavior and social developmentCommunicate effectively with parents about their children's developmentAddress problems and situation creatively and effectively Work as a member of a co-operative team in order to provide exceptional service to family and children
