• Monthly journal entries, month end close, prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules, bank reconciliation for multiple bank accounts, bank deposits, property tax returns, 1099s, A/R, A/P, maintain.
• Month end close within 10 business days and multiple submissions in an online system for our international parent company and divisional accounting groups
• Prepare and review bi-weekly payroll

• Manage and review outsourced accounting work and one employee on a monthly basis

• Manage financial books for multiple companies, including a new home construction company, a real estate company, land acquisition and development company and a landscaping company
• Monthly journal entries, month end close, prepare monthly consolidated financial statements and supporting reports, bank reconciliation for 12 bank accounts, bank deposits, loan draws, property tax returns, A/R, A/P.
• Manage one employee on a regular basis and temps as needed
• Monthly Workman’s Comp reporting and annual audits

• Bank reconciliation, journal entries, tax planning, preparation of financial statements, payroll, sales tax, property tax and income tax returns for monthly, quarterly and annual business clients, tax research
• Individual, corporate, non-profit income tax return preparation
