• Develop and maintain 100% order quality reports to eliminate revenue impacting errors from subscribers bills.• Maintain Master Exception Reconciliation Reports. Responsible for maintaining accurate reporting used in Monthly Status Report.• Develop and maintain all logic cards, work instruction, and process documentation associated with Billing Assurance reports.• Evaluate all Billing Request for IDA rules and exception reports.• Administrate and QC Billing Assurance DDP automated workflow through SMART.• Perform detailed OV and TFN (tollfree) audit analysis for OV duplicate credits and TFN undercharging.• Coordinate and assign 100% Order Quality reports to be worked by the R&S and QA departments through SMARTCD and/or excel spread sheet.• Perform detailed account research utilizing DDP and IDA.• Work closely with team members to ensure the billing request meet the deadline and/or doing logic changes or submitting new requests as well as implementing compatibility rules if necessary.
