Tier 1 Noc Support Specialist
Current- Lead night shift technician who conducts proactive network monitoring via in-house NMS to include ticket creation and coordinating on-site support via dispatches in accordance with defined SLAs and SOPs- Conduct remote troubleshooting of microwave radios and power supplies to include chargers and site admin equipment- Familiarization with microwave radio equipment and network infrastructure to include hybrid networks- Provide excellent customer service throughout the process of diagnosing, triaging, and resolving of issues and alarms- Utilize suite of software applications: ServiceNow, AWS Workspaces, InContact, Provision Plus, MS Office, and more- Utilize CLI and basic CISCO commands to conduct basic troubleshooting such as ping, traceroute, and loopback tests
