I handle Product Management for the Swag Benefits & Money product suite at Employment Hero.Previously I was VP of Product Strategy & Operations at Dixa, focusing on their path forward as well as our cross departmental communication to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Product team.While starting off my career in Engineering, today I work mostly in Product, but am a generalist / all-rounder by necessity.Earlier, I was founder and CEO of Elevio, which went through Startmate in 2016, received investment from Blackbird and Airtree the same year, landed customers like Canva, Loom, Atlassian, eBay, Staples, and Epic Games, and was later acquired by Dixa in 2021.While working on Elevio I also had a side hustle, ReleaseNotes.io, which was also acquired in 2021 so I could spend more time being a new Dad.Earlier still (~2009) I created and later sold TwitHawk, one of the first marketing platforms for Twitter, which is sadly no longer in operation. To date, companies I've founded have gone on to create more than $35m of value through revenue and acquisitions.
