Elevio is a product knowledge management suite, focusing on the collection and curation of product knowledge, as well as the intelligent and efficient delivery of that knowledge to staff and customers alike.The benefits customers receive as a result of using Elevio are reduced support loads, and improved conversion & retention rates.At Elevio I operate as CEO, steadying the ship and setting the path. Initially Elevio was a product by myself and Matt Trimarchi, as such I've worn a lot of hats (mainly in development early on), and over time we've worked to bring people into the team to do a better job than we ever could in a lot of areas.Elevio is part of the Startmate 2016 alumni.

Co-Owner and developer of Salon Staff.We purchased SalonStaff in November of 2011 at a time when it was averaging around 10 jobs being posted by employers per month. Through a strategic rebuild, focusing on automation of process and self marketing through growth hacks, 18 months later the site had grown to be averaging well over 100 jobs per month, with monthly revenue multiplied 15 times.Responsible for the development and maintenance of the website, integrating with a range of third party applications via open and closed APIs to automate the company, which to this day still runs on auto pilot, and thanks to Elevio, only requires around an hour a month in support.
