As a Santa Cruz ocean lifeguard my responsibilities were for safety and operation of the beaches and surrounding areas. Santa Cruz City Lifeguard Service responds to safety threats in and around the ocean, cliffs, boats and beaches. As a lifeguard I had may opportunities to educate the public about safety on the beach and in the ocean.

As Senior Designer at Budget Closet I was the lead contact for our clients. I would conceptualize and render designs for residential and commercial cabinetry to the specifications of the customer. After closing the sale, I would then oversee the production and installation of the project, requiring management of up to 5 people.

As a sales representative for O'Neill sportswear and wetsuits, I used methods of inside and outside sales to sell and manage inventory of a giant territory consisting of California, Oregon and Washington
